Come check THIS home out, fall in love, and move right in! What more could you want? Land, X flood zone, metal roof, an in-ground pool, an updated home, fenced pastures, AND it’s located in the Pine/Thomas school district! This home has been lovingly updated over the past several years, including a new HVAC within the last 5 years, molding throughout the home, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and NO carpet! The living room has a BEAUTIFUL wood tray ceiling and tons of natural light. The primary bedroom has a HUGE walk-in closet and a bathroom with both a soaking tub and separate shower, plus French doors that open right out to the pool area. My favorite standout feature of this home is all the windows. There is SO much natural light in this house! Outside, you’ve got 6 acres with so much possibility. The in-ground pool is located in its own fenced area, plus for those of you who have achieved your dream of owning highland cows, there are two additional fenced areas that could be used as pasture for horses, cows, donkeys, or whatever your favorite farm animals happen to be. There’s also a small barn area with stalls, or use it for storing your tractor, ATVs, lawn equipment, and all the other things that come with having a little land. Updated home, acreage, pool, pasture, barn, X flood zone, metal roof, and Pine/Thomas schools — this house has IT ALL and then some INCLUDING wst for electric. Come take a look!
