Tract C: +/- 813 acres of hunting land with approximately 7800 feet of frontage on the Bogue Chitto River. Inspection of the parcel is limited to approximately 235 acres off a trail, serving as access to deer stands and maintained by the hunting club. It has been estimated that approximately 500 acres to the north of the utility ROW is prone to flooding. Wetlands are estimated to be significant. The only access is through the utility ROW from the House Creek Road gate, across Tract D.
