Downtown Realty, which you may have come to know previously as YourHomeTeam, has completely overhauled our operations and brokerage to better serve YOU! With new agents, new locations, and new technology, we positioned as the best resource for all your Real Estate needs.
Our goal is to combat complacency and mediocrity in the real estate industry. With the shifting nature of real estate, we recognized a disconnect between the investment people make in buying or selling homes and the perceived value they receive from finding the right real estate agent who fits their needs. With an improved agent structure, Downtown Realty is now the prominent brokerage bringing this level of ingenuity and care to the market for both agents and real estate clients.
This is just the beginning of the bold ambitions we have for challenging existing conventions in real estate to progress the industry in ways that favor the consumer yet directly help our agents break through the clutter to win in the markets they serve. You’ll notice our rebranding is more than logos and signs; it is recognizing that every Downtown Realty agent owns their obligation to service both buyers and sellers in a way they WANT to be served.
